The assurance of personal stability in accompanying organizations (in non-profit substitute family care organizations)

Substitute family care is a frequently mentioned topic in the Czech Republic, especially in connection with the high number of children placed in institutional facilities. Foster care, as a one of the forms of substitute family care, was registered within the amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children No. 359/1999 Coll. It was in January 2013 and a new concept of support and definition of foster parents' rights and obligations was defined. One of these obligations is to conclude a foster care agreement either with the municipal authority of the municipality with extended powers or with a non-governmental non-profit organization which is entrusted with the exercise of social and legal protection of children and with foster care agreements. This diploma thesis focuses on the personnel activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations that accompany foster families and on the key accompanying workers themselves as well. Care of foreign players in Czech basketball

Title: Care of foreign players in Czech basketball Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the difference in care for foreign players at selected clubs of the Kooperativa NBL. Methods: A qualitative research method of personal interviews is used in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The respondents are foreign players playing for Czech teams and also the management of the club. Interviewing took place in March 2019. In total 15 interviews were conducted. Results: The outcomes of the research are processed by comparative analysis in the fifth chapter of this work. According to the results the care of foreign players differs mainly in access to foreign reinforcements. The majority of players confirmed that the terms of the contract are being respected. We have noticed that the teams in the first half of the table tend to choose experienced players while the bottom for financial reasons elects rookies. Care for the employees in company XYZ

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the care of the employees in a company XYZ. The aim is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. To achieve the aim is used comparison of theory with practice, the survey, which is supplemented by interviews with employees, HR personnel, SWOT analysis and synthesis. Contribution of the work is finding the recommendations to improve the current system of employees care. The first part defines theoretical concepts related to employee care. These theoretical concepts are used as a basis for the practical part, which describes the current system of employees care at XYZ. At the end results are evaluated and formulated recommendations that could be beneficial to improve employee satisfaction.
Comparation of care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the care of employees in the field of services and manufacturing. As a representative of the service providers is chosen Aquapalace Hotel Prague. Four-star hotel near Prague. In the field of manufacturing is chosen Skoda Electric a.s.. A company involved in the production of trolleybuses and electric components for train and suburban vehicles based in Pilsen. The theoretical part is dedicated to working conditions, development and training of employees, remuneration and benefits. Based on interviews with representatives of Aquapalace Hotel Prague and Skoda Electric a.s. I describe in the practical part, what are the working conditions in the given enterprises, how the training and rewarding of employees are in real practice and what benefits employers offer.

Motivation System and Care of Employees in Selected Enterprise

The goal of this thesis is to describe and evaluate motivation system and care of employees in selected enterprise ČEVAK a.s. It is focused on basic terms of motivation and care of employees and on theories of work motivation. In the second part it presents enterprise ČEVAK a.s. where the research is performed. The thesis presents thorough description of motivation in the enterprise. It also compares this system to some theory of motivation. The results of questionnaire survey which are acquired from employees are presented in a form of graphical outputs. Research and comparison of all acquired information are processed into my own suggestion on improving of the motivation system and care of employees.
The Analysis of Care for the Employees in an XY company

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the care of the employees in an XY company. The main objective is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of its working system. To achieve the goal, it is used a questionnaire survey that is supplemented by personal interviews with some employees. The benefit of this work is to suggest recommendations from the findings that could lead to a more efficient system of care for the employees. The first part defines theoretical concepts related to the issue. Furthermore, these findings are used as a basis for the practical part, where we can reach the analysis of existing system of care for employees in this company. In conclusion, the results are evaluated along with the recommendations that could lead to higher employee satisfaction.
Analysis of care of employees

This bachelor thesis is focusing on analysis of care of employees. In a theoretical part, general pieces of information connected with this field are given there, such as its division or particular areas, which are considered to form employees' care system. Practical part deals with this system in a real company. A current state of care of employees is described there. SWOT analysis is a chosen method for this work, which means analysis of strengths and weaknesses on the one hand and opportunities and threats on the other. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out some details about actual situation of employees' care system in a specific firm and to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. The contribution of this work is also an appraisal of ascertained data and, moreover, the proposal of measures, which can improve existing employees' care system.
Motivation and job satisfaction analysis of employees in particular organization.

The goal of the theoretical part of this thesis was to define the basic terms of motivation and job satisfaction, theories of motivation, the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The practical part of the thesis describes the job satisfaction analysis at sales department in particular company. The result of this analysis is to recommend possible measures to the company management, which could lead to increase of job satisfaction in particular department.
The skill aquisition and increasing of professional skills, care of employees.

The task of the dissertation is an analyse and a summary of problematic of increasing and widespreading of training in the concrete enterprise. The starting point for analyse is the finding out of the basic indicators. The analyses of all system connected with this problematic is followed by the assessment of the found data from the area of education -including improving and widespreading of training , personal planning and care of emploeeyes. Along with all above mentioned , the target of my dissertation is to make some suggestion and to take some measures for possible changes connected with education or social issues. The result of this survey is an improving suggestion related to assessment of effectivness of the gained knowledge - and their using in practice. I have made two assessment forms (they have form of survey) . The next part of my dissertation considers about the state policy of employment. There is (except of role of Labour Bureau, tools of active policy of employment, information about programmes for support of new labour places) also a mention about the financial state support. For this task (and for meeting of each of these targets) I have chosen the enterprise with headquarters in České Budějovice, called Jihočeská plynárenská, joint stock company.
